This is how you start the return:
- Visit our returns portal and register your return (with your 5-digit order number from the delivery note (SV-XXXXX)
- Follow the steps in the returns portal and note that our return address differs for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The correct return address will be displayed after you register your return. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime at returns@sanvt.com
- Please place the delivery note, copy of the invoice or a note with the order number in the package so that our warehouse can allocate the order
We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and keep the receipt as proof of dispatch until we have confirmed receipt of the return.
