Is it possible to exchange directly into another size or colour?

Customers from Germany and Austria can request an exchange by visiting our returns portal. Select the option "exchange for another item", enter the product name in the search bar and choose your size. You will receive your free return label within 5 minutes. If you have used a discount in the original order, our system will automatically apply it to the exchange order.
